    Awww so glad its working for you as well hun, the first few months i was having a good loss but these last 2 months its slowed right down... Keep losing a lb then gaining half the next week so on and so on but in my eyes any loss is a massive acheivements and all them half pounds add up :)

    I have seen a lot of people carrying syns over and saving them for say a big treat or takeaway at weekend. Comes in handy cause then if i have a bit of a blip later in week, I dont feel so guilty ie when i'm sat there with a spoon and jar of nutella haha Your baby looks soooo cute! x

    If there is I havent figured it out!! I generally cut off top and bottom and then in half so its smaller to manage. I then use a sharp knife to cut the skin off. Have seen people do it with a potato peeler on tv but I dont know wht kind of peeler they are using!!! I love BNS but find it too...
