    Not sticking to it!

    Desperate to lose weight.. 3lb lost in first week, not amazing. Week 2 returned as I just ate chips! Feeling really sick today and have massive stomach cramps :( Need motivation! 2st and a bit to lose before July and Cambridge is the only way I'm gonna do it quickly! Urgh. Not happy with myself!

    Well I didn't want to eat if I'm not hungry.. I'm trying to listen to my body and only eat when I'm hungry.. I felt full so didn't have anything else.. I ate some fruit in the evening though :)
