Not sticking to it!

    Desperate to lose weight.. 3lb lost in first week, not amazing. Week 2 returned as I just ate chips! Feeling really sick today and have massive stomach cramps :( Need motivation! 2st and a bit to lose before July and Cambridge is the only way I'm gonna do it quickly! Urgh. Not happy with myself!

    I think you've done the right thing by posting here and getting support! You KNOW why you want to do this. Give yourself sixty minutes and then evaluate how you feel ? x

    I agree chick, do something for an hour to distract yourself and drink x
