    a few little tips to make meals for work easier

    This is really helpful thanks :) I agree that planning is always a good idea. If I dont have anything ready or organised then I tend to find myself going off plan. As I write this I am cooking up some pasta to make a tuna pasta salad for the next couple of days lunches :)
