    Lost another pound & half, so nearly at 12 1/2 - it is the lowest weight I've been since 2010 ? I even managed to get a pair of jeans on that had just been looking sad in the back of the wardrobe for a year - they loved their outing today xx

    Hi As Karen mentioned it is to do with exercise, Encouraging peeps to do exercise (even housework can be included) on a regular basis over a certain amount if weeks then they give you a sticker & certificate, name on board etc We all love stickers :0) xxx

    What do you eat on WI day?

    Hi I weigh in at 5.30 and I am glad to see that we all limit our drinks & food, I thought I was the only one x B: m/l yog & fruit L: small salad or ryvita & LC light I always feel bloated on WI - must be psychological :0) I am alot more relaxed about it this time round though - whoop whoop
