    yeah, i am very freckly and a load of moles, will never use a sunbed again as it's not worth it. the weather here isn't too bad so i am going to try and lie out tomorrow for a bit and get my skin used to the heat, hopefully that will help then for the majorca sun!!!!

    i have this problem..it's prickly heat, i normally get it when i go foreign. at the min i have to take anti allergy tablets now for a week before i go and hope that it stays away. have you got pure aloe vera lotion? that should ease it.

    hiya, if you eat some melon it should shift you...or two senna tablets before you go to bed. i swear by them. suffer awfully with ibs, constipation..and i need to take them every night religiously. not very strong though that they would work right away, but i do find the melon fantastic!!! hope...

    well this one was just my personal experience, i was eating a lot more on sw than i would ever on ww, so my bill was a lot more. Again might not apply to everyone but I explained that above I AGREE WITH ABOVE, MY GROCERY BILL WAS HUGE WHEN DOING SLIMMING WORLD..LOADS OF INGREDIENTS NEEDED....
