    Skinny2beme do you have access to a microwave. I use a lot of my carb allowence on soup just keep your eye out on the nutritional information if its per 100gm or per 1/2 a tub/carton. Tapas meat selection with olives, Leftovers are my staple.

    3 miles in 35 mins am quite pleased I am also overly blessed in the boobie department and find my shock absorber bra and a tight lycra top do wonders. I found it hard going and it was hard not to take the short cut but now I feel amazing think the sunshine helps :)

    Thank you! I know I wont get a big loss like that again but am over the moon! I just tried the banana shake made up with 150ml of hot water with a sweetner and some cinamon it was delicious just the thing to cheer up this miserable grey day.
