    Not been here for a while

    Been doing refeed and maintenance for about 4 weeks on my own now. Have managed to get rid of another 6lbs! Just 6lbs to go before my target weight, and 4 weeks till my 2 week all inclusive holiday begins! I will maange it, and keep it off!:D

    Is this a really stupid question to ask?

    It would be unlikely... did you drink more, because oten if i drink more water it helps keep the 'breath' away. Unless you ate something i think it would be pretty much impossible to come out of Ketosis.

    I don't think you will be 14lbs lighter in 2 weeks, but try exercise, and drink loads of water!

    If you eat pure protein/salad this will help you get into Ketosis faster, and your first weeks weight loss will come faster. Try chicken/tuna salads- no carbs for the weeks before maybe?
