    Having a moment of satisfaction as bought some size 12 trousers yesterday and they fit :-) started off size 18+. Still have 24lbs to target but now feeling human again.     I don't know the answer but yuk that sounds gross :-) I can only assume that you need to drink the same amount of water that you would mix in addition to your normal intake otherwise I can't imagine why not!

    Yep that clearly was my mistake. I find SS easier than other diets I've done because I've always found abstinence easier than moderation. Next time I go up a plan I'm going to need to be much more focussed!

    I'm early on in CD just coming to end of week three but whatever I'm eating/dieting I always gain 3-5lb around totm so usually have a sts slight gain or tiny loss and have a booster loss the following week. It's just extra retained fluid !

    Keep wasting sachets of porridge by them overheating loads in microwave and overflowing. Given up doing it in a bowl do it in a big jug and still overflows. Only put it on for a min tried with different temps of water... What am I doing wrong? Any tips gratefully received!

    I drink more than they say too but 8L really is too much you can upset your salt balance with that much. I have a 750ml bottle and I have one with each product (only have 3) and then 1-2 extra ones in the day. Maybe you should keep a track of exactly what you are drinking? Runny nose-tissue...

    Yes as long as you take them with your "meals" but stop the brufen if you get bad heartburn and take paracetamol instead. Hope it gets better soon
