Choccie syns in the new book

Hey everyone, I've just been looking through my new book, and there are some additions to the chocolate bars in the syns list! The ones which have jumped out at me at a dime bar (the old spelling, I think they are called Daim now, just to be awkward) are 7.5 syns each, and a Drifter is only 5...

    Support and Help!!

Please don't take this as me saying you should pay the money and go to the groups each week, I know it's each to their own and everyone has their own specific circumstances. However, I sat down and thought that with the prepacked sandwich and cup of coffee I might buy more than once a week, I...

    Slimming world or ww?

Good luck to all of you who are starting whichever plan you choose. Like others have said, I have tried ww and sw, with ww I was eating healthy meals and snacks then eating chocolate bars to use up my points, I followed it to the letter for 3 months and never really lost. I have found slimming...

    Loving classes!!

No Chocolate pledge til x-mas eve

Good luck everyone! Just a quick note, where do you all stand on hot chocolate? I find if I have a piece of chocolate, I'd eat the whole bar and then another and another, but I could quite happily just have one cup of hot chocolate. Chocolate need is satisfied without the binge! It works for me.
