    Well.... I had a sandwich. My head was in carb mode! I lost three pounds last week. Better than Nothing considering the chocolate . Found out having chocolate in any shape or form in the house is too dangerous ! Now back on track but craving chocolate again . Need to start phase 1 again I think !

    You probably have the best attitude and more likely to succeed by not weighing . I can't keep off the scales but will try not to jump on them until Monday which will be a full week . I am definitely staying away from chocolate too unless I buy the dark choc . Which one do you buy ?
