    Chicken flavour shakes - any suggestions

    I have the chicken ones as I feel like I need something warm. I shake them with cold water (because i cant seem to get the bits out if I whisk them or whatever). I make them quite thick. Then microwave them and add salt.. they get a bit better that way. However there isnt much else you can do.

    Hungar is usual for 3 to 5 days but it should get better very soon. Im not sure about being bloated I didn't get this but stick with it im sure you will see a losd on the scales. Drink plenty of water as it helps with the hunger.

    Drink a lot of water! Honestly it helps. Its a shame because you had dpne the hardest part physically. Weeks 2 and 3 are mental challenges but if you can get through them it gets a lot easier because it sort of becomes a habit. Good luck honey x

    You can have any pure leaf tea, without milk. So normal black tea. I (along with many others like pepermint tea). No fruit teas though, be careful with that. You can have tablet sweetners, but not spoonable sweetner as these contain sugar. Thats it I think.

    I have been brushing with normal toothpaste, it doesnt seem to affect anything, you can call LT or your pharmacist might know. I have tried the breathstrips that LT make, they help the bad breath a lot. You can get them from the pharamacy that gave you the LT (mine were £1.49).

    Bad Breath!!

    I think they are vile 2. I took one bite of one and nearly threw up. I took the otherone back and swapped it for chicken soup (although I think that i very avarage, I cannot manage without something hot in the winter). Good luck hun, I hope you get used to it.     I would try to stick to it, but if you know you wont its best to refeed and start again on TFR afterwards as far as I understand it. If you just eat normally straight away you will put on at least 7lbs x

    mmm, am I missing something, but I got 2 of the coconut flabjacks, took one bite of one and almost threw up. Thankfully the pharmasist let me swap the other for a chicken sachet... Is the peanut one nice as I am missing having something to chew lol
