    yes, its to do with the whatyamacallit stores when we dont use carbs as energy these stores release a hormone that make us have a period. i would see your gp tho as it should only ever be a period and stop.

    I snack on ham all the time it keeps me sane! i buy wafer thin and each slice is 12 calories and the way i look at it is, its a good choice and a choice that will keep me on track. seriously dont stress over it.

    If you like spicy food, you can jazz chicken and fish up....i use jerky seasoning (try and buy the authentic one not the supermarket one) use chilli powder, garlic, curry powder, you can have a chicken and veg curry or chicken tikka!

    No thats not sad it's sensible, you could make your own chicken salad and take it in tupperware. As a rule i never touch anything thats manmade, ie processed meats, it has hidden nastiness that you dont need.

    Don't forget youve done this plan before so youre not going to have a massive loss, 4lbs is a big loss you'd be lucky to lose half of that on sw. 4 blocks of butter, 2 bags of sugar. It's a good loss.

    also remember totm, i NEVER lose on that week, but keeping a diary i see the patterns so now that week doesnt bother me as i know as soon as aunty vera leaves the figures start dropping again. One day you could have lost a lb the next 4lbs,so dont judge your weightloss until offical weigh in day.

    My hair is in a wonderful state, its never looked so healthy and shiny......i had hair loss from my gastric band but on this plan im getting all the vitamins i need. long and short of it is slow hair growth(for the very few who have it) or being fat, its a no brainer for me.

    if you stick to it 100% from now, next weigh in you will have lost i promise, I dont think scale hopping helps either cuz dependant on what we've eaten/ drank or been the loo we can weigh various throughout the day, so stick to once a week weighing and always on the same day. try and forget...

    A lb off is better than a lb on, and a lb is a lot of weight if you weigh it out on the kitchen scales. i have to cook for my 5 kids, and i honestly look at their food and dont want, it never made me happy eating it before so it certainly isnt going to make me happy now! ketosis helps 110%

    Its such a low calorie diet that skipping packs can put you into starvation mode, your body will hold onto the fat for energy so you MUST have all packs/ 7lbs is a magnificant amount, thats like a newborn baby!!!!!

    it also depends on if you were a big sugar taker, if you drank fat coke, ate white bread etc.....people who have already cut these things out wont have such a big loss as someone who stopped then started the plan. fill a carrier bag with 4lb in weight and carry it round, see how long it takes...
