    Just though I should mention that the diet won't make you healthy and toned! It will make you slim however! Te healthy side comes fro Eating the correct types of food when maintaining and the toned side comes from excercise! :)

    Hahaha I just had a brilliant image of that in my head! Been at work from 7.30 don't stop till 4.30 then heading to the pub for a relaxing read till 6.30 then heading to jazzercise for an hour and then out to dinner! Keeping myself busy and not alone as I often binge when no one is watching :/

    I am gluten free normally but on this diet I take supplements to aid digestion and this helps with my symptoms! Not all the packs have gluten and most of they do are not too much so with the tablets keep it generally deal-able with!

    I always add at least 300 if not 350 as I find them too thick :) it takes a while to get tastes right :) I love both porriges but I do them different ways and I make cookies out of the oatmeal sometimes!     Yes your having 2 of them! So no doubt it would e over!! Also pork is ery high in fat, sugar and salt and not allowed on sns so is avoid it if I were you! One chick breast is about right though :) I'd get some scales to be honest! A bit extra protien here and there isn't too much of a problem...

    I buy the packs of sugar free crystals make it really weak and have a couple of pots a day if I'm struggling! Occasionally I have the ready made sugar free ones but they have citric acid in so mind you don't have too much :)

    Many like me are in the healthy range! I am 8 stone and only 5ft my goal weight has always been 7st which is mid to low Bmi but I am only in the healthy range due to doing vlcd coming down from 11.5 stone and very overweight! So don't judge on what you see :)

    Remember it takes a year at least for skin to pop back with this kind of speed of weight loss! So if you do consider it then wait at least a year of being at goal because it may make a world of difference! Your skin can't ping back as quickly as weight is lost on a vlcd :)
