    SS+ workout regime..

    have been started very gently by my gyn instructor - total novice to excercise so if i did too much id be put off - am goign to gym everyday : 10 mins walking 10 mins on cross trainer ,them 20 mins walking ( faster) and 20 mins on cross trainer :) - but your plan sounds like a good one - keep it...

    dont give up ! keep at it - excercise might help speed up the loss ? keep going - as you will loose whatever you have achieved very quickly - try a higher plan ? then go back to SS

    :0 you should not be disheartened - maybe try someexcerise i am on day 5 and have been in the gym for an hour a day - has helped increase the loss :)

    CD 100% and Periods (sorry)

    i am having exactly the same problem - iam on day 4 now and have just started the most heaviest painful periods ever - tmi i know but i have used 5 thicks always pads from about 8 am till now. I am bad period pains too - thank god its a weekend

    Just had day 2 on SS and managed to do 1 hr of time in the gym - felt no after effects or at all tired i feel like i am eating lots even though its nothing - as the meals are well spreadout. i can feel me getting bored of flavors already mini goal: MUST COMPLETE WEEK 1 :)

    well the cdc i saw - said to excercise as much as poss - as every little helps . u might gain a few lbs of muscle weight because u exercise - but thats a good thing :) it shud help ur overall loss - toning will also help - yoga is good

    you are half way thru - you cant quit now - so close to your goal - have faith and keep telling youself you can do it - it actually helps to listen to upbeat music and chanting that to yourself ...... ( it helped for me in my other diets....)
