    Evening everyone, I have some left over boiled ham and a bag of mushy peas that is screaming to be made into soup. Does anyone have a failsafe recipe that is nice and simple. By the way I don't like lumpy veggie things so the more "blended" the better for me lol. many thanks in advance.

    Hi the Asda low fat range of freezer meals are only £1 and vary between 6-9pp and are quite a bit bigger than WW. Quite tasty too. I use them for work regularly. Also the Low Low range but I'm not sure who makes them.

    Us too, just the two of us. On the Shred , if it helps, take a photo on day one, just on your phone. If you can do a round of the shred, not the 30 days just 1st 10 IF you have done it with a good bit of "umph" behind you, you WILL see a difference. OK some more than others but you will see it...
