Thanks for the thanks! Have to say I was disappointed with 2lbs, but the inches have definately shifted this week tho!

Had a fabulous day yesterday with my mate & my god-daughter! Both my kids got swimmer of the week certificates yesterday for their efforts this week.... very proud Mum I am!

Have a houseful this morning then Jakeys off to football this afternoon & I shall chill & play princesses with little miss AJ.

Hey all. Mark has just called and told me to change ALL of my privacy settings on fb and never to add your current location (i never do anyway). The police have recieved an e mail today saying this needs to be done asap as fb is displaying your addresses even if you have never entered these details. I will let you know more when i find out but he had to go. He said to tell everyone NOT to log on and if you have then get off quick and log off properly after changing all details.

Yes Jim back to a different kind of madness with all the school routines! My kids are beat today... I have never seen Jacob so tired bless him & that was before he went to football for 3 hours this avo!

Got my big sister & one of my nieces over from France this weekend so off to Ma & Pa's this weekend for my first roast post op... can't wait! Am tempted to try a little snifter of the red stuff too but will see how I feel!

Nothing much really Linz, A couple of Army mates are in town this weekend and we're out tonight, Olivia tomorrow for a couple of hours and that's about it really.

Sounds like an ideal weekend, pretty chilled with some catching up!

Paul's just emailed me, a cinema has £1 showing of the disney film 'the princess & the frog' tomorrow at 1000 so I think we'll all go & have a wee treat!

House (kitchen is a tip - not going to be done till at least Tuesday, maybe longer the way it is going - bedroom however is coming along nicely - just a few bits to sort out tomorrow and will be back to normal)
Shakes - no problem at all - best not to think about it and just get on with it really - it worked last year so no reason for it not to work now lol
