Weather was better yesterday than today - it is horrid out there, just took him for a quick piddle today as didn't want him sitting round with a wet coat with him being ill. Or me in wet trousers at my desk lol. Kitchen still not finished, hopefully more progress will be made today. Hugs xxx
 
Can I ask are the tabs the colon cleansers and do they really work, and do you feel better and if so can you put up the link again!!!

On the FB thing, I have never accepted a friends invite that i dont know who it is. I like fb, and I like posting silly updates, cause thats what its all about. If someone doesnt like this about fb, I wonder why be on it? Its a way of being in contact with old friends, new friends and friends far away as far as Im concerned. I do feel a bit irked when people belittle those of us who do do the odd update about what we are doing or feeling at that time, but each to their own. But as I said, why be on it if it bothers you?
That all sounds very defensive, but I get it all the time, and im quite happy being on fb, but am not stupid either!!!

I actually cleared my freezer completely, spent an hour out there & wasn't cold, I had on 4 tops, trousers, socks, slippers & my gardening gloves!!! No burning cals for me by being cold!

Clarri... love yr little rant! Yr not what wer'e talking about fb-wise, some of the ones I see are really daft & leaving themselves wide open... as in taking so&so somewhere back in 2 hours... advertising the house empty for 2 hours pls!!

i got mine off amazon and they sent the b ones (without goldenseal) (by accident but gave me a couple of quid off) but yes im not having transit issues anymore
 
cheese wedding cake. yum forgot about that. what cheese was on it and do you have pics? there is always sweetcorn or peas even if you never buy them :)
