Ah well I'm 13lbs over the target that I reached 2 years ago.... from time to time have to get myself back to somewhere near.... I've maintained to within 10lbs of my goal for ages but pigging out for 2 weeks with a 'personal chef' ;) put me over.

So CD SS for me it is for another 8 days!! That'll see me back into my safety zone :D

Just had a man in to quote for getting my carpet & sofa's cleaned as we are decorating next week I wanted it all to look lovely again but its not to be! Unfortunately having a cream carpet (it was here when we moved in) & lovely red sofas with kids & 2 years of childminding have left their marks & plenty of them which he couldn't guarentee he could get out!

He was fab tho, told me I could get covers for cheaper than it would cost for the sofas & that with having a 3 yr old we'd be better to invest in a darker carpet or wooden floor & he'd happily come back & scotch guard everything for us!!

What a nice man... just need to win the lottery now tho!!:sigh:
 
Hi honey, will be interested to know what happens with the carpet dying.... Earlier this year I got 2 black leather sofas that were only a year old delivered... got them from ebay and only £120 for the 2!!

LOL at getting exercise.... my friend in Spain sent me an email last night... she also has a much younger OH.... she said... these young pups need a lot of exercise don't they? ;)

She's got 3 children under 5 now... although I don't envy her that bit cos she's 46 now...I much prefer my GILF status :8855:

my carpets are cream - ok for cream dog - bad for the majority black dogs lol

I'd love to have wooden floors but they don't come cheap do they! Husband is worried about the floors below our carpets we're in an 1800's cottage so he thinks it would be alot of work to get wooden floors down.... I keep saying we won't know unless we ASK!!:D

Thats why he ended up an ex Jim pmsl! What a shame. At least he finally realised what he had.........about 12 yrs too late!
