Morning all... was up early & on the Wii fit again this morning, thought I might be aching after my late night step last night but feeling good!! 35 mins before breakfast can't be bad!

Grey & overcast this morning but have to wait in for our new dishwasher to be delivered & then the kids have the dentist later & then Jakeys off to football camp.

Amalie was awake at 0530 this morning so she's gonna be a bundle of fun today, she's already refusing breakfast & asking for crispies!! Hopefully she'll fall asleep on the way back from the dentist!!

Scales are moving again... Hoo'bloomin'ray!! Thanks for all the words of wisdom guys. x

Morning Linz, that's a great start to the day, reminds me of my Army days, most started with a 3 or 4 mile run before breakfast.

Dishwashers just arrived which is fab as we don't have to wait in all morning now!

A friend of mine who is a dancer & spends her time on a horse when she's not dancing is struggling with her body falling apart now.... there's alot to be said for not exercising too much as well!!

I agree Linz, my Dr says I have the body of a 40 year old and the skeleton of a 90 year old. LOL

The problem with the army was running with a bergen full of wet sand, we overdid everything really.

Just a little update on my sister... baby is about 4lbs now at 35 weeks so has had some growth which is good, fluid is very low & baby is breech so looks like she'll be having a C section about 37-39 weeks. She's having to go back next week as its getting so close now they want to keep a very close eye on her.

Can't wait to meet this little dink... fingers crossed there'll be no other complications. x
