Yup, no sleep last night looking after poorly missus (gastroenteritis) so slept in till lunch and then spent the afternoon tiling the kitchen, or at least half of it lol

Oh hun is she still no better? Thats been ages, poor thing.

She has been ill with a cold and her chest has been bad, the gastroenteritis came totally out of the blue last night - we are both getting to then end of our tether, wish there was something we could do, thinking of putting her in a big bubble!

Don't think hitting 50 has done her any favours!

Anti vom stuff - we already had immodium and paracetamol for the headache and the fever, doc is sending us a bill for the anti vom tablets...................

Aw Cheryl, I am not a good nurse at all, I have little or no patience, but even I was a bit scared last night (so was the dog) I feed, I water, I administer drugs...............I hate being ill so I pretend I am not and find it difficult to cope with folks who give in to it, last night was a different situation to be sure and I think I did well in my nursey role, hope I did anyway.
