Beautiful sunshine here today, Jakey off to school & Amalie's had a good lie in just ready for me to take her to the doctors for 3 injections later :cry: I'm making a concerted effort to up my water today as I'm really struggling with it & hopefully that'll help the scales move. x

Morning Linz - i try and drink most of my water when im at work or during the day . i only drink about another litre at home. about a litre and half down already!

I was always a glugger too, used to manage 750ml in one hit, its by far the hardest thing for me post op, the eating I can deal with but the waters tough going!
