Im going to make the Zero point Carrot & Coriander Soup recipe from weight watchers web site, my question is about the veg stock it says to use does it mean stock cube or home made or any other type of stock you can buy ?

This is the recipe so you can see.

    Servings | 4
    Estimated ProPoints® value per serving | 0
    Course | Soups
    Ingredients
    6 medium carrots
    1 onion (or 2 shallots)
    1 portion veg stock
    1 1/2 pints water
6 sprays Fry no-cal virgin olive oil
    2 teaspoon fresh/ground coriander
    1 clove garlic
    Instructions

In a deep saucepan saute the onion in the oil sprays with the chopped garlic.
When the onion is soft (3 mins), add the chopped carrots and saute for another 5 mins.
Melt the stock with the boiling water and add to the carrot mix.
Bring to the boil then reduce heat and leave to simmer for 20 mins.
Blend soup with a hand blender.
Chop the parsley and add to the soup
