As the thread says, I have been on ww since January and have managed to stick to it probably 90% of the time. I always have my weekly points and normally lose 0.5- 1.5 lbs per week (STS one wk). Have done nothing different this wk and lost 3- woo hoo! That's 13.5 altogether so very pleased. Got 1st 5 to go til I'm 10 stone and I am feeling positive. Loving pro points
