Yay that's great thanks so that's a big for my 37th day, I have had to do a party for my son and 15 under 4 year olds today including cooking the cake and still 100%.

Ok day



Today was an add a meal day ( unplanned but I'm now going to have dinners at weekends cos it's just too painful - emotionally - I'm going to get becks book so I might be able to work that out soon) But I kept to the low carb low cal guidelines and for that I am soo proud of myself. Am at cinema now with two cans of coke zero and nothing crunchy so pride abounds.

So a successful day.
