100 days of exercise!

day 16 - 30 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the cross trainer
 
Well done!
 
day 17 - played just dance on the wii with my daughter for half an hour
 
day 19 - 60 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the rowing machine
 
day 22 - 1 hour on the treadmill, 25 minutes on the cross trainer
 
day 23 - 50 minutes on the cross trainer, 30mins on the treadmill!
 
day 26 - 30 minute swim (40 lengths :-D )
 
day 29 - 50 minutes on the cross trainer and 30 minutes on the treadmill
 
day 30 - 50 minutes on the cross trainer and 30 minutes on the treadmill
 
day 31- 30 minute walk (forgot to add yesterday)
 
day 32- 25 minutes on the cross trainer, 30mins weight training, 30 minutes on the treadmill. ... plus ice skating later! !!!
