100 sit ups a day challenge??

Ive done 50 so far... am gonna leave the rest for this afternoon when im watchin the biggest looser ;)

I was thinking eternal... Why dont we start a skipping challenge aswell. Its a great exercise, full body fat burner and really fun to do. What do you think???

I'd be up for tha FBB, but probably not until next week, as far too busy this week to start another one, lol.. But, agree, great exercise and a skipping rope is so cheap too. x:p

:eek: Just finished my crunches, and felt it more then yesterday. But, yes witchy, lol.. no pain no gain I guess. It must be working our muscles big time. Here is the updated list and as we will soon run out of space, I have abbreviated the days of the week, and changed font size so we should be able to carry on along the same line each. Well thats the idea :). If we can copy this and add, it should give us scope to continue to the end of the week.

Well done Nikki, I did mine already, I am working on getting them in my morning routine. I have a face cleanser that could be left on for 5-10 minutes, and I was thinking thats enough time for some crunches :D.

Good morning sit uppers!, have a great day. Another busy one for me so had to do my sit ups first thing.

Tip : try doing your sit ups before you eat,........in other words eat straight after doing them to get the most of the work you've done.

I'm not going to do the tonight but i'm keen to get up a bit earlier in the morning and give it a go. Its years since i did exercise. I've got a strider that i drape a towel over every morning, I've got a stepper and a twister thing as well as the wii and as you may imagine none of them are in use just now. But....maybe if i get one out the rest will follow.
 
Hiya,

Just letting you know I'm away from tomorrow for a long weekend back with the family. It's a packed weekend full of events however I'll get on when I can. I'll still aim to do my 100 sit ups every day and it'll motivate me to log on and post it.

So in case I'm not on first thing, I'm wishing all a fab weekend.
