Yes, do some clearing up in the table. And yes I agree that this thread is so helpful! I am really getting into the habit of doing my sit up every morning, it is among the first things I think about after having woken up, haha.

LOL to be honest I'm so bloated from being constipated and having totm due I'm not sure!!! but i kow it hurts and it must be doing something under all that :)

I didn't think I could do this challenge. I have trouble with sit ups but have two different types of abdominal exerciser. One is an ab-roller and the other is a sit on ab-exerciser. (They have both been collecting dust for years!) Well I tried the roller first and was surprised that I managed a 100 sit-ups! Ok the first fifty I took a minute rest every 5 sit-ups but that reduced to every 10 sit-ups in the second fifty. I took a short break then decided to have a go on the other contraption. I did 100 on that one with only a couple of rests!

I know I am not doing simple un-aided sit-ups but may I join in your challenge now? I probably wouldn't keep it up otherwise! (I do dance 4-5 times a week but this is something different and I managed it!)
 
Hi hun. Just add your name to the list. Well done on having a go. It's amazing what we can do when we think we can't. Good thing you dusted off those machines :)

I do my sit ups as often as i can. Some days i do more to make up for usually 2 days I never seem to be able to do.

Done all mine for this morning. I managed a 'rest' every 10 today so an improvement already. I am going to continue with both exercisers because I can feel the roller working the top of my stomach and the sit on exerciser worker the bottom of it.
