1000 Plan - have I got this right ?? (sorted now)

    Just getting my head round the 1000 plan, and have confused myself. ((which is easily done these days)) :D

    Can someone please tell me if have got this right. Thanks.

    On 1000 plan can have

    Breakfast
    1 x CD + milk (or yog if not using milk allowance)
    Plus choice of the cereals/egg OR a piece of fruit.

    Lunch
    1 x CD + salad OR 3 tsps greens.

    Dinner
    My choice of starchy foods + protein from the book.

    Now this is where I get confuzzled :eek: :eek: :eek:

    Can I have with my dinner ANOTHER PORTION of salad or greens (same as lunch time or is it I can only have those items once a day :confused: ) and have to choose either lunch or dinnertime.

    And what about the piece of fruit from the Dinner menu, is that an extra piece or is it one a day only. :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: .

    I am having a brainstorm day today. :eek: :D :D :D .

    Breakfast

    Breakfast and lunch is right

    Dinner is

    choose a starchy food, a protein, a portion of salad /veg from lunch menu and also fruit upto 50kcal from breakfast menu
