Just getting my head round the 1000 plan, and have confused myself. ((which is easily done these days))
Can someone please tell me if have got this right. Thanks.
On 1000 plan can have
Breakfast
1 x CD + milk (or yog if not using milk allowance)
Plus choice of the cereals/egg OR a piece of fruit.
Lunch
1 x CD + salad OR 3 tsps greens.
Dinner
My choice of starchy foods + protein from the book.
Now this is where I get confuzzled
Can I have with my dinner ANOTHER PORTION of salad or greens (same as lunch time or is it I can only have those items once a day
) and have to choose either lunch or dinnertime.
And what about the piece of fruit from the Dinner menu, is that an extra piece or is it one a day only.
