I'm starving! It's always the same when I drink lots of water which I am today, my stomach really rumbles and feels so empty :-( other than that I'm fine, how about you?
 
im nervous for WI had some tuna salad before and mayo... and not just a tiny bit of mayo..
full though! and need to guzzle water!
on the plus side im slowly becoming a fan of cucumber! wasnt overly keen on it before but it really adds to a salad

I'm hungry today, tuna, cucumber and mayo would be lovely! In fact anything real would be good. I was out on Saturday and had two bites of a beef burger, nothing unusual there you might think except I have never had one! Pretty drastic for me to eat beef. It was really good though and I shall be eating plenty when I'm able.
 
Ive had burgers, got the leanest meat I could find, and had them with salad
 
The more I read about Paleo the more I think it's the way forward for me. Atkins is great except for the fruit and veg, so this seems to be a workable diet when the time comes.
 
Iv had burgers too though I made mine with turkey mince :) but I'm going to have some beef burgers next week xx
 
I'm not a massive fan of turkey mince, I love chicken but it doesn't really mince!
 
I find chicken mince is something only proper butchers do lol I love turkey though and the fact it's so low in fat helps a lot! Xx
