Im just doing rubbish! stayed the same for ages now (which obv is better than gaining I spose!)
Just cant seem to move past this weight! its annoying!

My holiday is only 9 weeks away and I'm panicking like mad about getting more weight off too!!! The hot weather is making me drink so much water that I put on 2 lbs overnight but I knew it was water weight, this morning I'd lost 3lb overnight :/ my tummy has felt really swollen in the heat like a bloomin hot air balloon xx

I was drinking an insane amount more some days iv drank 5 1.5 litre bottles!!! Surely we are supposed to up our water intake in hot weather though? Xx

Well I reckon so, if people not doing any diet are drinking more then we need to drink even more, I reckon about 3times more?

Not sure how many of us are still left off the list but I'm updating anyway. 5lbs off today plus a pound from last week that I forgot to update so I'm 6lbs down would someone mind updating please?

For some reason I can't seem to update my loss but basically I've lost 10lbs so another 38lbs to go! I may up my target losses the closer I get as I'm aiming for a good 70lbs (5 stone ish) off in rural by next feb/march however I'm hoping to lose as much as I can this side of Xmas
