14 weeks and 14lb to xmas, my food diary

like the title says, i have 14 weigh ins left and 14lb to lose until i shout "set my goal". This is my food diary to help keep me on the wagon. I only ever do Extra Easy so i wont put anything unless i decide to do a green day

Breakfast
2 Boiled eggs at work on the go

Lunch
2 lean bacon grilled, 1 steam fried egg, beans, 1 wholemeal cob (heB)

Tea
Lancashire hotpot (1syn), roasted carrot & parsnip, broccoli
1 nectarine
