Breakfast : 2 eggs
2 toast from 400g loaf (hexb)
Tomato
Mushrooms
Milk (hexa)
Butter (2.5 syns)

Lunch: fat free natural yougurt
Pear, Banana

Snack: cockles

Dinner : steak, sw pepper sauce, sw chips, mushrooms, onions. Coke zero

Syns: malteasers 9.5
Vodka 4
Butter 2
Total: 15.5

Day 6

Breakfast: fat free natural yogurt, banana and kiwi

Lunch :pear. (Woke up around half 1 so had a late breakfast so not hungry)

Dinner : went out for dinner to watch football
Chicken in stir fry veg with two wraps
Extra salad and small bit of coleslaw
1 vodka n diet coke.

(Dunno how many syns this is :( but i know I have went over them)

Hifi bar (hexb)

Decided to weigh myself every day for a week to see how my weight goes up and down

Fri: 9.2
Sat:9.3
Sun:9.1 (3/4)
Mon: 9.2
Tues: 9.1(3/4)
Wed: 9.1
Thurs: 9.1(1/2)
Fri: 9.1

Sw scales are weighing me 1/2 lighter than these weigh ins on my home scales

Fried tomato and mushrooms with tobasco

Snack: hifi bar (hexb)
Peach

Dinner: spaghetti Bol with pasta

Syns: hifi bar - 6 syns
1tbs Nutella - 4

Acceleration training
3 litres of water

Dinner: battered prawns(egg and mash)
Noodles, chillis,peppers, shallots,spring onions,garlic,ginger and herbs n spices
Milk (hexa)
