How do you make the battered prawns?
 
I haven't seen that number since I was about 18 lol

Coat ur prawns in egg and then in smash mixes with chilli and spices. Then either fry them or put in oven :)

Just the same way u can make ur chicken crispy

200mls 1% milk(hexb)
Kiwi, pear

Snack : hifi bar (6syns)

Lunch: Hi Veg pasta n sauce
1% milk 100mls (hexb)
Butter (2syns)

Dinner: extra lean mince. Peppers, chillies, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic,onions, spring onions,spices. Herbs, soy sauce, fish sauce, lettuce

Snack. Mullerlight yougurt

Syns: 8

Breakfast: mullerlight vanilla chocolate with black cherry 1.5
Kiwi, pear

1 hour cardio and toning workout

Snack: plum

Lunch: leftover spiced mince in lettuce wrap.
Mullerlight yogurt and hifi bar( hexb)

Snack: mullerlight

Dinner: Singapore noodles, chips and curry sauce from Chinese.
( dunno what the syns are. But didn't get home till half ten, starving)

Wow your food diary looks incredible and how on earth do you manage 3-4 litres of water a day? I can barely manage a litre let alone the recommended 2 litres!

Good for you, working so hard! I am so jealous of your size 8-10ness... never been that size in my life! Your pic is gorgeous!

My trick is to buy a 1litre bottle of water and make sure I carry it with me everywhere and make sure I fill it 3 times.

I find it easier drinking water from a bottle and the litre bottle is easy to remember how much I've drunk instead of counting pints of water

I used to do this but I'm not allowed water at work :(

I'm a nurse and were not allowed it on the ward, but we have water coolers we can use but I'm always to busy to leave my patient to go to it! I might start just hiding one as I've been crap with water!
 
I couldn't live without my water now. I'm addicted but its true what they say about it speeding up weight loss

Breakfast (hangover food)
Left over Indian and rice from last nights dinner
Mullerlight cherry yogurt
Can of diet coke

Snack: banana

Dinner: spiced mince, tomato, onions, spring onions, peppers, chillies, mushrooms, lettuce
Garlic, ginger, herbs n spices

Syns: 1.5 bags of malteasers - 15

3 litres of water
