Hey I'm good. Just back from Amsterdam. So back to 100 percent!! I will do :)
 
Back from Amsterdam.

Day 2

Lunch: mackerel (2)

Snack: mullerlight Greek
Bite of milky bar (2)

Dinner: diet coke chicken with added mushrooms and chillis
Egg fried rice
Ww petite pain (hexb) with garlic and cheese (hexa)

Snack: Lindt mini bunny (3)
Lindt mini egg (3)

Day 1 of squat challenge complete

2 litres of water

Day 3

Breakfast: 35g porridge, 200ml ss milk (hexa + b)
Tablespoon of honey (2)
Raspberries

Lunch: egg fried rice with mushrooms
Natural yogurt and kiwi

Snack: carrots

Dinner: ended up out shopping from 12 and at half 8 I had to stop and get me and little one dinner. Do ended up having chicken, chips salad n coleslaw from chippy :(

Breakfast: yogurt with granola

Lunch: chicken in loads of veg

Snack: banana, pear, carrots

Dinner: chicken in loads of veg with rice
Ww petite pain with garlic n cheese (hexa + b)

Snack: chocolate

2+ litres of water
 
Day 5

Breakfast: banana, pear
Milky bar (8) daughters 2nd birthday

Lunch: low fat supernoodles with spring onions, kiwi and raw carrots

Snack: banana

Re starting from scratch.
No bread.
Minimum rice and pasta
2+ litres of water
Work out 3-5 times per week.

10 weeks until Liverpool.

1lb goal loss per week

Breakfast: 2 eggs. Wheaten bread(11) Butter (4)
Pear

Lunch: spicy tomato soup

Dinner: piri piri chicken with stir fry veg
Smash chips

Snack: mullerlight

4lb up in two weeks. That's accounting for being away to Amsterdam, my daughters 2nd birthday and the bank holiday where I went out for 3 course meal lol oh and * week is due this week. So not gonna worry too much about it
 
Plus when it went on the first week, I lost it again but then my daughters birthday and the bxmk holiday put it back up. So hopefully it's mostly water weight
