Day 2

Breakfast: 35g porridge 20ml smilk
With cinnamon and nutmeg (hexa + b)
Kiwi

Snack: quarter of wholemeal toast with butter and dairy lee (4)

Lunch: chicken korma and rice, cheese (hexa)

Snack: banana, 3 sweets (3)

Dinner: chicken, veg and noodle stirfry with hoi sin and garlic sauce (3)

Syns: chocolate feast (37.5)

Ugh startin to get a flu plus bad period plus can't walk on ankle so went a bit wild on chocolate. But I've syned it all and for rest of week and only gonna have 7 syns per day max.

Your porridge sounds lovely... I'm really looking forward to having porridge with a syns worth of honey and banana before my race on Sunday... not had porridge in ages and adding the honey will feel really naughty (sad I know lol)
 
It was yummy. I always use to have weetabix or yogurt for breakfast but this week I've started having porridge and I love it

Yum might have to go but some honey now
 
Day 3

Breakfast: 20g porridge, 100ml skimmed milk,

Lunch: chicken stir fry (3) half whole toast with cheese (3) (hexa+b)

Snack: carrots banana

Dinner: so ill can't lift head. Doped up on pain meds. Haven't ate all day. So bf came home from work with Indian. Ohh boohoo. Dieting and being dick sucks.

I needed it. Feel really sick. Today is even worse, migraine is coming on. Can't wait to 12 until my mum picks up little one so I can go back to bed
 
Day 4

Breakfast: nothing

Lunch: kiwi, banana ( had to force into me)

Snack: few jellys (3)

Dinner KFC zinger meal.

So off plan but can barely eat and at 7pm I had to force some off this meal into me. LO ain't well either and hasn't ate

That's 5lb lost from Monday. Hopefully it stays that way till Tuesday

Breakfast: nothing

Lunch: mullerlight Greek (1.5)

Dinner: low fat supernoodles

Some choclate and nachos And wine. Thought I was feeling better but ended up throwing up a few times and I'm not bed in bed feeling sick. So dunno if the chocolate n stuff still counts lol

Dinner:steak with mushrooms, onions and pepper sauce

Snack: Kellogg's chewy

Lunch: tomato soup, mullerlight Greek (1.5)

Dinner: chicken tikka masala and rice
Cheese (hexa)

Chop 2 celery, 1 onion, garlic and ginger (I added a few jalapeños and spring onion which is optional)

Put in large pot and boil in water with two veg stock cubes. When soft, blend so they r smooth.

Add two Tins of tomatoes and few table spoons of tomato purée and 1-3 table spoons of sweet chilli sauce.

1tbs paprika
1/2tbs cayenne pepper
And oregano, mixed herbs, basil, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.

Add more water depending on how much u wanna make. Bring to boil then simmer.

I also add a bit of chilli powder and sauce. Lol

Thank u :) Yea I've had it back from around Sunday night.
I know I was barely eating last week but the things I was eating where bad... Indian and nann bread, KFC etc lol so in hoping a load of weight doesn't fly back on lol

I'm still 8:10(1/2) this morning so fingers crossed.

There's a bad flu virus going about. Everyone seems to be getting it, now little one and bf have it :( so I'm hoping it passes soon
 
I think it just needed to come off Donna because I put on 5lb two weeks before due to carb overload and drink x
