16s into 15s

Hi all,

Starting this at 16stone 11lbs. Hoping to be 15stone 8lbs by Christmas which seems a bit ambitious.

Thought I would start a thread and hope others will join. I find it difficult to catch up with everyone's diaries and thought I would start a thread to bring everyone together.

Hope I'm not here for long though

Aiming for my first stone over the next few weeks and then a stone and half by Christmas!

I started back at 16st 7lbs and as of this morning I am 16st, hoping I can see those 15's by my WI on Monday!
