    Hi, I am getting married this November!!! THIS NOV!!!!

    I have lost 1 stone in 3 weeks on CD and plan to lose another 2 stone by the time I walk down that aisle

    I am going dress hunting on Monday- I have opted for having it made so at each fitting they can take it in again ( I hope)

    I got engaged in May this year and in complete panick mode!!!!!!!!

    Hi girls, Im getting married on 11th of october, started cambridge diet on monday- have lost 7lbs so far!! want to loose 3 stone- 2 or more by the wedding. keep your fingers crossed for me.

    I wish you a good luck and dont push yourself too much. A little cardio and a good meal plan can help you, but dont forget to sleep well every night.
