1st Extra Easy day

    I started SW about 3 weeks ago and have been sticking to Red/Green days, so today I thought I would give EE a try. Could someone please have a look over my food plan for today and see if it's ok for EE.

    Breakfast - magic porridge, blueberries

    Snack- 2 x plums

    Lunch - boiled egg and ham salad, mullerlight yoghurt

    Snack - mango fingers

    Dinner - chilli salmon with BNS wedges and peas

    I will probably have a mullerlight yoghurt and maybe a Kellogs Fibre cereal bar (syns) between now and bedtime

    HEA - milk (used in brews)
    HEB - porridge oats

    I'm not sure there's enough superfree in your tea hun :confused:

    If there were lots of butternut squash wedges, you're OK!
