1st month - 32 lbs loss

    I have been doing the diet for 4 weeks and had my 1st weigh in at the weekend and have lost 32 pounds!!! Ive still got 129 to go but Im amazed. I havent cheated and havent been starving myself. The portion pots are fantasic

    Ive done loads of different diets before and some weeks you lose some you dont, so I figured just do it once a month! If I have a bad week I wont know about it!!!
    Im aiming to lose 7 pounds a month.
    I know it will start to slow but I still have 129 pounds to lose to my goal!!!
    How have you found doing it? I found breakfast hard at 1st but Im ok now as I had help with a work mate who has lost 6 stone on this diet xx

    That's amazing I hope my losses are just ad good started last week and feel like I have lost so will post tommorro

    Thanks guys.
    The only advice I can give you is what i eat so here goes....
    Breakfast - 30grams of bran or fruit&fibre & muller light yogurt
    Mid morning snack - 2 satsumas or an apple
    Lunch - rosemary conley soup, 2 dry rivitas
    1 Rosemary conley bars
    Late afternoon snack - Piece of fruit or a large snack a jack
    Dinner - rosemary conley dinner with veg, salad or small amount of rice
    No evening snack
    Drink - Water only!!!!
