1st week done ! Yippee

    That's me finished my 1st week !

    And it was easier than I had expected , NEVER thought I would ever say that !

    A couple of days in the middle werent so good but I managed to stick to SS 100 % no cheating what so ever and lost 7lbs

    I really happy with that .:D

    I hope you have a great 1st week and am SURE you will be happy with your weight loss .

    I think alot of people struggle more on days 1-3 but for me it was days 4-5.
    but today I feel great , I dont know if I'm in ketosis or just really happy and motivated by losing half a stone !:D
