1st week over with ............

monday - counted kcals
tue - same
wed - same
thu - same
fri - +wine
sat had a party invite + lots of wine
sun - recovered
monday - weighed - 7lbs down!!!!!!!

looking back -
1/went over on the fat a few times for a few meals but low calories.
2/a few days of wine due to me and a party - used to drink cider
3/ Amazed at the amount of fat in food
4/Used up food in the fridge
5/Started eating 3 meals a day - 1st time in 20 years
6/ Skipped too many meals due to engagements - will make provisions
7/Will take onboard all my mistakes
8/delighted at some of the low fat foods I ate -no difference really, so just a matter of choosing the correct things

last but not least - had a rush to the loo on day 7 - 1st since start.
 
Well done on your first week, i can totally agree with 3/5 lol. Keep it up!

I have a few very wealthy cousins - been out of the fold for the time when I worked shifts. Back now so lording it - wish I had their money!!!

well done - in the morning we all feel like sh**t.

also snow predicted for newport!!!!
Saves me going to Italy this time of year!!
