1st week weigh in

hi all

went for my weigh in at 7pm and... 8.4lb gone!!!!! yay!!

Hubby went too and he has lost 11.2 lbs!!

I started my 1st week on 100% SS but after day 4 I felt so light headed and weak i moved up to SS+ to see if it helped me feel any better (have a final exam at college coming up)

We are both so pleased with our losses
