Been to the gym and actually managed to run in 1 minute sprints. Off to see a specialist about the damaged ligaments so hopefully that will improve really soon.

Had a good day today. Pleased with the gym. But overdid with the water flavouring today had 1 1/2 teaspoons in 4l hope I haven't done any damage!

Ok so well into week 4. I have had a difficult day today, lots of pain. but got on with it. Last night I had to get out of bed to go make my third pack... completely forgot! Its strange how this diet works sometimes. I so need my 2nd pack and the third one is somehow irrelevant - although I won't be skipping it!

So just back from the gym. A little disappointed that my consultant has forbidden me to run and I was just getting back into the swing of things, so I upped my speed and gradient and probably found it a bit more of an intense work out. 4l of water down and 2 packs. Going to make some green tea, have a bath then 3rd pack and off to bed as I am knackered!

Looking forward to my wi on wed and see what damage has been done... I can certainly see it! Whoo hoo
 
Ok so its day 26 and I have been 100% (not including the additional 1/2tsp of water flavouring).

Tonight I have been to the gym and done my 30 mins cv, came home did 15 mins on the wii fit and one 10 minute solution section. So feeling quite virtuous. Fortnightly Wi tomoro and quite excited, hoping to see a substantial loss. So keep an eye out for the ticker change lol.

On the forum was reading about choccy banana so planning on getting supplies sounds lush. Also gonna try some new flavours of shakes as ones I couldn't tolerate last time round I am enjoying i.e. fruits of the forest, butterscotch. Still think the choc one tastes like slimfast though.

Lets hope that this feeling of achievement continues and I can continue to be 100% and exercise most days.

Well day 27 in what feels like the BBhouse!

20lbs down only 26 more to go almost half way there woo hoo.

Going to go try a banana choccie smoothie, then hit the gym. All good here and not even so cold today!

Well done on losing 20lbs. That's fantastic. I bet you feel great. Well done on going to the gym. How many times do you go a week? I need to start going back to the gym.

Hi Petrina, My goal is 5 times per week... only half an hour cardio each time, however I tend to go everyday or do something for half hour every day. I have also booked a session with my personal trainer on Monday to work on some metabolism raising strength training. I am also back on the wii fit, 15 mins or so each session and I have bought 10 minute solutions dvds so can pick and choose to do 10 mins of exercise whenever I'm free.... 10 minutes is so much easier than booking in fourty five minutes lol Mental I know.

Ok so its day 28 and I've recruited three new people to CD!!!! Lets hope they can stick to it and get the results they need/want.

I'm doing ok today, gym session this morning then a trip to the hairdresser to get rid of the taily end and the greys! Had to bring a bar with me..... on my third shake now then off to bed for me.

Took a trip to the cinema with a friend this evening and watched Denzel in all his glory - magnificent!

Although I want food, I don't need it so looking forward to getting this done and working up through the plans.... I will work up through the steps this time round - I deserve it... this has to be the last time I allow myself to get this big.

Got a big party this weekend so that will be another bar, then hopefully won't need to resort to bars for another while!

AM you are doing fabulously. I have gotten my grove back and really I had to because I have 6 weeks now until I fly home and hoping to be another 5kg's or better before then.

Just like you I want this to be the last time I am this big unless I am pregnant!

Well I certainly seem to have my energy levels back, got up this morning and cut the lawn, cleaned out the garage then started on the housework. Bought a new tool box and tools to go with it so the pictures that have been sitting waiting to be hung up are done and I am feeling slightly better that the house is getting into shape.

I bought a new hoover yesterday... amazing how excited I get about these sort of things, its pink!LOL But its amazing how much difference a decent hoover makes.

Been to the gym this evening and I am starting back to core work this weekend. Did the plank and a few bits this evening as a tester. Its all good. Even managed 10 minutes yoga on the wii fit. If I keep this up I'll get to goal no probs!

Tomoro is a big day/evening out. I am getting quite excited just wondering how I am going to manage two meals, there's no electric and can't do shakes at room temp.... perhaps drive 20 mins up the road to my aunts? I certainly don't want to do two bars, as I am really trying to hold off on the bars and this will be my second this week.

Going to get there!

HUN you are allowed to have a bar every day if you wish, it's a rule though not to have 2 a day. However perhaps just for one day? It would be better to have 2 bars and a shake/soup and stick to plan rather than be tempted or deviate from CD.

My god!! You have done so much yesterday! LOL also 'pink hoover'!!!

Back to the bars... as you haven't had many at all on CD it might be a good shock to your body? Providing you drink lots of water and get back to shakes the following day you should be fine.

Yeah the pink hoover I had to laugh too, its a "Hetty" Face and eyelashed too, very powerful and a nice long cord so I don't have to keep changing the plug!

I know that bars slow me down, so really don't want to have to take too many of them. Think I have it sorted, going to wizz down to my aunts as I have stuff to pick up for my mum anyway. So one bar, one shake and one soup!

Off to the gym now, I am really in the zone with the gym so don't want to knock off my everyday stride!

Congrats on your weight loss girl - couldn't be happier for you.
 
Well same back at ya!

I have also been getting back into the gym I am going about 5 times a week. 3 days straight then a day off, day on, day off then back to 3 straight days (the weekend). It's working really well.

Good choice on the party solution. How did you go? I had dinner out last night (thai tofu salad) pretty much within diet and 1.5 glasses of wine. And still a loss this morning. Today I am back to it and it's lunch and I am doing fine. Got alot of work to keep me busy and then off to get my nails refilled and the gym!

Hey Bren,

Party was fantastic although being in the mountain air I was ravenous! Way too much alcohol and I didn't touch a drop. Left early though as was really tired. Woke up this morning and if I didn't know better I would tell you I was hungover hehe Had to really pull myself away from the mint aero cheesecake (my Fav) and everyone was raving about it! But how virtuous will I feel when I loose this weight! Glad I didn't stall, but I did have to have a wee chat with myself as to why I am doing this.

Plan to go to the gym this afternoon or this evening and I have booked a session with my personal trainer tomoro to get a weights programme into the routine so I am building my metabolism and strength to help recovery time after the op.

So here's to another 100% day!
 
Well done hun on all counts. Sometimes we need to have a little chat with ourselves. You have just made me realise that I shouldn;t be beating myself up for the extra 200 cals I have consumed today it was some nuts and a little choc. Thing is I am loosing and I have finished the weekend and am back to routine tomorrow and honestly feeling very confident about the diet now.

I never thought that being in the 75's would make me so happy. Although dont plan on being there long LOL!!

Enjoy the gym. I loooooooove weights. At this rate you will be ultra strong to take on this op!
