2 stone buddies wanted - so i really can be - the belle of the ball

    So as my post says I looking to loose 2 stone and would love some buddies to support and boost me on my journey and likewise I would do the same for them.

    I feel sharing tips and knowing somewhere is there to put me back on track when I fall off (which I occasionally will) could make all the difference to me achieving my goal.

    just need someone to spur me on, haven't told my friends and family I'm trying to loose weight, hoping they will just notice the difference in time.

    one of favourite inspirational sayings at the moment is - little steps climb mountains

    i really would like to fit into my wedding dress not because I'm getting married, did that 11 years ago and am still happily married with two wonderful ,kids, but because that was a weight and figure I felt happy with.

    to everyone trying to loose weight good luck with your journeys, mine is only just beginning.

    1 litre no added sugar squash
    bacon roll
    beef casserole currently in slow cooker

    Hi I'm looking at loosing 2 stone then to from there. Doctors say bmi wise I should be smaller but I want to loose 2 stone first see where it takes me :) happy to support for support back x

    Ok. So i realise i wont be able to keep up with a daily food diary but i am, going to keep logging my weight on a wednesday to track my progress.

    That's a good plan I've made a diary section for my journey so I can look back and see how I'm going and log my weight now and then (I don't like the scales so avoid them quite a bit lol) if I have any big slips I would 100% write them in and why so it can help me along the way :) I've found the diary but really useful even if I'm not on here every day :)
    How did today/last few days go bab?

    I am finding it hard, however as I am only hoping to loose 1lb a week hopefully I will be able to reach my weekly target. Weigh day tommorow for me, hopefully I will be down to 11st 12lb, first target reached, fingers crossed.
