2 stones gone!! back with a huge amount of determination!

Hi Everyone...

I have reached the 2 stone milestone and feeling very proud of myself... the past few weeks I have not been getting the results I would like to get. HOWEVER it has all added up to my stone a month target so I am very very happy.

In total I have lost 2st 1lb, my husband has lost 3st 2lbs... and we both feel great.
