2012 - healthy eating diary

i thought id start a new diary as im in a different part of the forum

so heres to day 1 and getting rid of these pounds i hate attached to my once slim(er) body!

so first day today.

ive put on a few pounds over christmas and im not changing my statistics til ive got those few off then ill move on from there. i know ill see it as negative otherwise :) silly i know but i know how my brain works lol

so today
shake for brekkie
bar for lunch
will have a sensible dinner but wont count calories or anything just not eat rubbish and will do this every day the coming week and see how that goes for starters :)

ok i seem to be in a better frame of mind today. i weighed myself and know what i have to lose so thats something at least :)

i will try to weigh myself once a week on my scales at home on a tuesday. i have got a bad habit of scale hopping but i know its not good as weight has a habit of going up n down a lot.

i took the dog out for an early morning walk this morning and will again lunchtime and i going to try running a bit later on so will be interesting to see how my ankle reacts to that!
