Haha yep omg my feet are soooooo cold! Keto breathe blergh had a banana shake this morning with a rare steak (yes im gross lol) no idea whats for lunch but having a chicken dinner nom nom
 
So bloody proud of myself! Had a few vodka and coke zeros last night. I didnt eat a thing bad! I did take a bite out of a bun and spit it out tho lmao mad I am im still in ketosis stinky breathe and cold feet ahoy! No urge to screw it up now happy with my chicken breast plain a thank you ;) got my last pack for tonight probz be curry. Not too keen tho! I think ive lost weight on my arms already and tummy. Off to a friend's on Tuesday but they wont let me cheat not drinking either so got that out of the way. Really happy today :)

Chicken salad.
Soup
Fish n eggs

Proper famished no idea why :/
 
Feeling poo! Decided I'm stopping drinking like full stop!!!! Tee total I don't smoke so why drink? Just makes you stupid and feel like crap! Anyway tandorri chicken for dinner can't wait!!!
 
Wooooooo omggggg im 12st 13lb and 1/4!!!!!!!!! First time in three years im under 13st !!!!!!

Haha thanks babe been having 100% days!!!! So happy :) 10 more 100% days left then seeing how much I weigh if its well into the 12's I may switch to slimming world but I dont think ill need to! Not missing food at all really lol im over the moon! Xxx

Was hoping for 12st 11 this morning but of well I did have alot of protein today! 100% day today keeping in deep ketosis
 
feel like **** today and fed up I really do hate this diet im not going to lie. Im constantly tired and Im sick of chicken and eggs! 6 more days left on this diey then slimming world I cant bloody wait
