blood tests etc came back all ok, so guess I am just a really super slow loser. Dr did recommend 5:2 diet so I might start incorporating that and the 1200 calories that was also suggested. Also need to add back in exercise as was taking a bit of a break as got out of the habit. Running tomorrow which I can't wait for!
