Yay! At last I can post again! There's been a tech problem going on all weekend.
Saturday I did no exercise at all:classic_oops:
Sunday was 1hr 30min walk, then out again for 1hr walk..wrecked for rest of day😸
Monday, been for 40min walk, did plank on vibro..by they're hard! Also did squats on vibro. Got a headache again🤕 I need to get my finger out and get on the Wii! Arranged to go swimming on Wed..though I'll do Aqua fit and not swimming.
Walk: 4/20. 16 to go
Vibro: 2/28. 26 to go
Swim: 0/8. 8 to go
Wii fit: 0/ 8 8 to go

I've done 191.9 km out of 1022.4km on the exercise bike since Feb 1st.

I did a extra session on Saturday and Sunday for a couple of reasons.
Saturday nominally a rest day due to no work so a little extra exercise does no harm.
Sunday, I knew I was going to be having a large meal so helping to negate the extra calories.

Fairly hopeful of hitting 210-211 lbs by end of the month.

Went for a walk at lunchtime and had an extra jiggle last night and one this morning. The jiggle now has 30 squats included.

Goal
Jiggle 20 times 5 done 15 to go
Walk/swim 20 times 3 done 17 to go

Exercise Bike 42.61 km comprised of a dual session today.
Current Distance 234.5 km this month out of 1022.4 km.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-110 rpm, 36-43 kph, 120-130 bpm & 240-260 Watt.
Weight at around 214 lbs (15.28 st) now from 266 lbs (19 st) next goal is 200 lb (14.28 st)

A 2km walk at lunchtime.
2km doesnt seem very much but right now its the distance my ankle will do without the pain remaining when i stop.

Goal
Jiggle 20 times 5 done 15 to go
Walk/swim 20 times 4 done 16 to go

A busy jiggle, will increase the intensity again tomorrow

Goal
Jiggle 20 times 6 done 14 to go
Walk/swim 20 times 4 done 16 to go

Everyone's doing well 😺
Busy yesterday so no time for set exercises..though never stopped!
Today, been to the pool and did 30 mins Aqua fit..wrecked when I got out but felt good.
Walked the 30mins back home.

Walk 5/20. 15 to go
Aqua fit (instead of swim) 1/4. 3 to go
Wii fit 0/8 :classic_oops: 8 to go
Vibro 2/28 26 to go ..as I'm having bother using the vibro, I get really bad heads with it and feel off balance (think this is due to having brain tumour in past as it starts instantly) I'm going to stop the vibro and switch this to squats instead.

@littlemissnaughty a jiggle as i call it is a 15min session on a vibroplate. Stand and all your bits get jiggled...especially your wobbly bits.

@Tibbs maybe best not to use it until you check with a doctor. I know one particular way i stand bothers my head so i dont do it.

Another short 2km lunchtime walk

Goal
Jiggle 20 times 6 done 14 to go
Walk/swim 20 times 5 done 15 to go

Exercise Bike 42.58 km comprised of a dual session today.
Current Distance 277.1 km this month out of 1022.4 km.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-110 rpm, 36-43 kph, 120-130 bpm & 240-260 Watt.
Weight at around 214 lbs (15.28 st) now from 266 lbs (19 st) next goal is 200 lb (14.28 st)

Chubby, you should get a map of the world and track how far you have cycled

Goal
Jiggle 20 times 7 done 13 to go
Walk/swim 20 times 5 done 15 to go

I've done 18,027 km.
Therefore pretty much anywhere would have been possible.
Auckland in New Zealand is 17,833 km away

Exercise Bike 21.18 km comprised of a single session today.
Current Distance 298.2 km this month out of 1022.4 km.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-110 rpm, 36-43 kph, 120-130 bpm & 240-260 Watt.

I've been thinking about my challenge. So have set myself some targets for February.

So here goes....including what I have already completed:

4/16 30-50 mins on peddles 4 times a week
2/16 Tummy Crunches and The plank 4 times a week
1/2 Power walk for 90 minutes atleast twice a month

I've only started back doing my exercises this week but feel great already. Hoping it will help me lose a few more lbs as well :)

Chubby Ghost, wow you do so much on your exercise bike. I've not got an exercise bike but I have peddles under my desk at work, so try to do that most days but no where near as much as you.
Tipperary, I love the idea of the vibroplate, I'll have to have a look for one.

Re:- Little Miss Naughty

I just try to keep to a regular regime but adding to the difficulty which increases the wattage burned when I feel appropriate.
I'm comfortable with my weight at the moment but still feel I could do with shifting at least another stone.
This last stone will be harder to move than the previous four stone lost so just taking little steps towards it.

Exercise Bike 42.52 km comprised of a dual session today.
Current Distance 340.8 km this month out of 1022.4 km.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-110 rpm, 36-43 kph, 120-130 bpm & 240-260 Watt.
Weight at around 214 lbs (15.28 st) now from 266 lbs (19 st) next goal is 200 lb (14.28 st)
